Customers may cancel an experience for any reason up to 48 hours prior of the experience's local check in time at no charge (full refund). The refund may take up to 30 days from the cancelation date. Any cancellation received within 48 hours of the experience check in time or any no show on the day of the experience is subject to 100% loss of the amount paid.
A booking is officially canceled when the user clicks the cancellation button on the bookings page and receives an email confirming the booking was cancelled.
Pickuz (Sparkyway, Lda) reserves the right to make cancellations/reschedules based on:
- Unexpected weather conditions or other reasons that are considered relevant for the safety of our customers or our sellers' staff. Our customers will be able to reschedule their experience or receive a full refund;
- When the number of participants does not reach the minimum number required to start the excursion. Our customers will be able to reschedule their experience or receive a full refund;
- The participants are not eligible for the experience in case they don't meet the minimum requirements or the appropriate conduct/behaviour. In this case, there will be no refund.
